Organization Structure

Volunteer and Youth Group Committee

Mandate:

This committee oversees all the planning and strategies for all the subcommittees and receives their reports.With the ever growing demand on volunteering services, Mon Sheong Foundation is making sure that all aspects of its missions of taking care of the old, the youth, and the very young are met with a high degree of professionalism and satisfaction. The Volunteer Services Committee has branched out into the following appropriate subcommittees:

Volunteer – Event Subcommittee

Mandate:

Manage, recruit, and train volunteers in all the events of MSF by establishing specialized groups of various skills.

Volunteer – Home Subcommittee

Mandate: 

Manage, recruit, and train volunteers working in all the Homes through the cooperation of the Activation Department and Volunteer Core Group in each Home.

Youth Subcommittee

Mandate:

Manage, recruit, mentor, and train the youth volunteers. This committee l also works closely with the Mon Sheong Foundation Chinese Schools. Mon Sheong Youth Chapter and the Young Leader Chapter are parts of this Youth Subcommittee.
