The Mon Sheong Youth Group was founded in 1969 with the mission to provide young people with opportunities to develop leadership, team building skills and to serve the community. An important aspect of the Group is to organize volunteers for the Mon Sheong Foundation. Our members include students from various high schools and universities, plus recent graduates employed in a number of fields.

The Youth Group is divided into the Young Leaders Chapter (ages 18 to 30) and the Youth Chapter (ages 14 to 17). Besides developing friendships and gain memorable experiences through volunteering, members can also acquire new skills and be acquainted with the society and Chinese culture. Currently, the Group has over 180 members.
