Position Summary
This position will assist the Assistant Manager, Construction Projects/ Chairman in the execution of construction projects including contract compliance with schedule and budget.
Responsibilities:
Update and track progress of the construction projects;
Research and negotiate with different consultant as needed;
Work with the design, engineering and construction consulting team as required;
Assist in the preparation of documents and materials for public presentation;
Participate in project meetings, prepare minutes and related reports;
Assist in Contract Management;
Other duties as assigned from time to time;
Qualifications:
Studying civil, mechanical or electrical engineering in a college or university;
Must be a proactive, detail oriented individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
Good computer and AutoCAD skills;
Demonstrated problem solving abilities;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
