These Terms of Use apply to you when you communicate with Mon Sheong Foundation through social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) along with participation in events hosted by us and donations made to us. Please read them carefully.

Your use of the Mon Sheong Foundation (“Mon Sheong” or “we” or “us”) social media channels is subject to these Terms of Use and the respective terms of use and policies of each social media platforms from which you accessed these Terms of Use (including the Mon Sheong Facebook page, @monsheong Twitter account, Mon Sheong Foundation Instagram accounts, and Mon Sheong Foundation Youtube channel, and other social media channels). These Terms of Use will also apply to you when you communicate with Mon Sheong Foundation through its social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube) and your participation in events hosted by us and donations made to us through the use of such social media channels.

If you choose to communicate with us through a social media channel, please note that we do not have control over the social media platforms and therefore assume no responsibility or liability for the manner in which such social media platforms collect, use, or disclose your personal information. Request for Reproduction

Any unauthorized distribution, transmission or publication of contents from Mon Sheong’s website and social media channels is strictly prohibited. To receive permission to use or reprint any of the content contained on our website and social media channels, please contact msf@monsheong.org. The decision of Mon Sheong to grant permission will be final.

We require you to follow the rules below when accessing or using Mon Sheong Foundation’s social media channels. You must not:

1. use Mon Sheong Foundation’s social media channels in violation of any law, rule or regulation
2. use the social media channels for commercial purpose
3. interfere with or disrupt Mon Sheong Foundation’s social media channels or any of our computer systems, servers, networks, databases, software, hardware or equipment used by or for Mon Sheong Foundation’s social media channels
4. interfere with the use or of Mon Sheong Foundation’s social media channels by others

1. is offensive as determined by the Foundation, in our sole and unfettered discretion, including, without limitation, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
2. could be harmful to minors;

• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

1. involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chain letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”;
2. promotes information that is false, misleading, illegal or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
3. infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party including, without limitation, promoting an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18; and

1. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses

1. introduce code which is disruptive or harmful to Mon Sheong Foundation’s website and social media channels

We shall have the right to notify the social media service providers of your violation and remove any submitted content that violates these Terms. If we suffer any damages as a result of your violations of these Term, we reserve the right to seek legal remedies in addition to action taken by the social media service providers.

The official symbols, icons and logos of Mon Sheong  may not be reproduced without prior written authorization from us.

We have included links in Mon Sheong’s social media channels to other third-party websites and other social media platformsthat may be of interest to you. Just to be clear, Mon Sheong does not endorse such third-party websites or social media platforms and they are provided for your convenience only.
