We care, because our seniors deserve the best in Long-Term Care.
From day one, taking care of seniors has been a primary objective of Mon Sheong Foundation.
Since the completion of our 320-bed state-of-the-art Stouffville Long-Term Care Centre in 2021, we have been making incredible strides in the development of three new Long-Term Care Centres, with the aim to introduce 832 new care beds upon their completion.
Mon Sheong Dr. Paul Woo Long-Term Care Centre in Stouffville expects a completion date of May 2025, one year ahead of the government timeline, followed by Mon Sheong Markham Long-Term Care Centre in spring 2026. In addition, we are working with the provincial and municipal governments to build another 288-bed Long-Term Care Centre in Richmond Hill, with plans to begin construction as soon as possible.
Building three new Long-Term Care facilities is a tremendous responsibility. We are grateful for our community’s support for the Because We Care Capital Campaign.
